Managing Interpersonal Conflict Workshop Series
This series is a free introduction to the area of interpersonal conflict communication. The workshops are designed to provide you with knowledge and key tools for how to approach difficult conversations in your life and are taught by experienced conflict resolution practitioners.
Workshop 1: Introduction to Communicating Through Conflict
This workshop provides an introduction to core conflict resolution concepts as well as communication tools to use in your daily life.

Workshop II: Conflict Communication Skills Practice
This workshop is a follow-up to Communicating Through Conflict and will give participants an opportunity to understand and practice conflict communications skills through role-plays and scenarios.

Workshop III: Style Matters - Conflict Styles Inventory
Facilitators will guide participants through the Kraybill Conflict Styles Inventory, a self-assessment tool that provides tips for working more effectively with others in a conflict situation.
